Bounce and Shake Your Way to Better Health and Fitness

There are numerous exercise regimens and as well as a multitude of exercise equipment that promise amazing physiques however few have the simplicity and effectiveness of the bounce and shake regimen. No equipment necessary and easy to do with limited space and you can start with as little as 5 minutes twice a day. What I love about the bounce and shake routine is that it is gentle on the joints and easy enough for most individuals to get started with. I love doing the bounce and shake when we travel and I can do it right in my hotel room.

By simply standing with my feet shoulder length apart with my knees bent I simply bounce my legs, torso and my arms back and forth with special care not to lift my feet from the ground. I can be wearing even loose comfortable clothes and not necessarily any special clothing like you would normally wear for working out. In effect by employing this simple regimen it is like working on re-bounder without the need of any equipment.
