Forgiveness and living from a place of love is the greatest of healing healing states of consciousness. There is much we can do in terms of nutritional supplementation, exercise, energy work however when we distill healing to it’s essence it comes down to forgiveness. Until we forgive ourselves and others we are going to be consuming great amounts of energy in managing negative emotions from shame and blame. I believe until we truly forgive ourselves and each other we will eventually manifest disease (dis ease) in our bodies. Another benefit of forgiveness is that you can start right now and there is no class, or product to purchase.
Body Mind Spirit Connection

I couldn’t do a health and wellness blog without covering the importance of the Body, Mind, Spirit Connection. My personal belief is that everything starts with Spirit and then manifests on the physical level of mind and body thus all are connected as one. We know the power of music, laughter, friendship, our environment on our well being. Where there are close net communities people tend to live longer healthier lives. We need the connection to others as much as anything to maintain optimal health in all areas of our lives.
