There are reams of information on Emotional Freedom Technique on the web including some excellent video tutorials on youtube. You need to explore several practitioners and their work discovering who you’d like to work with. Many offer books, podcasting and videos of EFT which allow you to get started right away. If you feel you need to personally work with a practitioner, it can be done right over the phone. I have worked with Brad Yeats and can highly recommend him. He is amazing. Brad is funny and is very intuitive in his approach to EFT. His website is http://www.bradyates.net
