There are numerous exercise regimens and as well as a multitude of exercise equipment that promise amazing physiques however few have the simplicity and effectiveness of the bounce and shake regimen. No equipment necessary and easy to do with limited space and you can start with as little as 5 minutes twice a day. What I love about the bounce and shake routine is that it is gentle on the joints and easy enough for most individuals to get started with. I love doing the bounce and shake when we travel and I can do it right in my hotel room.
By simply standing with my feet shoulder length apart with my knees bent I simply bounce my legs, torso and my arms back and forth with special care not to lift my feet from the ground. I can be wearing loose comfortable clothes and not necessarily any special clothing like you would normally wear for working out. In effect by employing this simple regimen it is like working on re-bounder without the need of any equipment.
I will also lift my arms while bouncing them back and forth at the same time bouncing my whole body again avoiding lifting my feet from the ground. By keeping your feet firmly planted on the floor you get the full impact of the bouncing. The benefits are numerous. You increase your oxygen uptake, you may experience more mental clarity, more energy and increase in your metabolism. The bounce and shake also assists our lymphatic system to cleanse and clear out impurities and supporting healthy circulation. We find that adding the bounce and shake to a nutritional cleansing lifestyle assists in getting fabulous results with weight loss if needed and supports optimal health.
I recommend starting with 5 minutes twice a day in the morning and evening. Work up in 5 minute increments to eventually 20 minutes twice a day. You will be amazed at how great you feel and the results you will derive. If you have a current medical condition be sure to check with your health care provider before starting a new exercise regimen. I always recommend easing into any new program which allows your body to become more accustom to your new healthier lifestyle.
