Healthy Choices Are Easy When You Realize the Impact on Your Family
There are multiple factors impacting our health today, from stress, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, processed and over cooked foods, toxins in our environment to name just a few. There is no doubt that part of our society is more health conscious than ever before and many are taking charge of their health however because of so many stressors many of us feel the effects that modern society poses.
What we see today is an increase in chronic illnesses from candida and all sorts of auto-immune issues. Our immune systems are struggling to keep up, the good news is that we have tools and information that can empower each of us to take control of our health.
Starting with eating a higher percentage of organic raw or lightly cooked vegetables, with lean meat, and a healthy carbohydrates like brown rice. Juicing vegetables is a great way to get high nutrition which is easy for your body to absorb. You want 80% of your grocery shopping to be the parameter of the store. This is where you find live whole foods like fruits and vegetables and your meats including fish etc.
You will find that you save money and guess what eating whole foods does not take more time in most cases to prepare as packaged processed foods.
Choosing your food wisely is only the first step in taking control of your health. It is important to supplement today because our soils have been over farmed thus are missing most the 70 trace ionic minerals we need for proper digestion and health. We also need to gently cleanse our cells on an ongoing basis because we continually take in toxins into our bodies.
There is something called body burden which is the build up of heavy metals, pesticides, prescription medicines etc. that are stored in our organs and fat cells. Our bodies are designed to naturally detox but because of the over abundance of impurities in our environment our bodies can not keep up with the job of detoxing without additional support.

The ideal nutritional cleansing program needs to be multifaceted. It needs to be superb nutrition with low calories. The nutritional cleansing program needs to contain an array of 72 organic plant based ionic minerals. The reason for plant based ionic minerals is because our bodies can only absorb minerals from plants and ionic because of the magnetic charge and ease of absorption.
It needs to have an excellent source of high quality protein which is easy to absorb. I recommend a grade 7 whey protein from New Zealand for its purity and nutritional value. It needs to be well balanced in terms of the proper ratio of carbohydrates, essential fatty acids and protein. You want a nutritional cleanse that soothes the digestive track and calms the body with soothing herbs.
